What is Kids Club Enrichment?

Kids Club Enrichment is a program designed to provide unique learning experiences based on interests of children.  A variety of hands-on clubs will be offered throughout the year.  All courses are conducted in an interactive, workshop format, in a safe and supportive environment, using innovative instruction.  The purpose of Kids Club is to encourage children to develop life skills while promoting positive social interaction.


What type of programs are offered through Kids Club?

Kids Club is offering courses within a wide range of topics including arts, music, technology, games, and more.

Who leads the clubs?

All Kids Club programs are coordinated by Head Directors Mr. Jasper and Mr. LoPresti.  Both are highly reputable, experienced educators who pride themselves on guiding young learners through a plethora of subjects.

Who can join the clubs?

Clubs are open to all interested children.

Some clubs may be intended for specific grade levels (this will be noted in the program summary).

Fieldstone students may join clubs.  


How do I register?

Registration is now paperless, and can be accessed through the "Registration" link at the top of the page. If you have any problems registering, or have any questions about the registration process, feel free to email us at kidsclubenrichment@gmail.com.


How do I pay?

Payment can be made by cash, check, or PayPal account.  


Please make checks out to: Kids Club Enrichment LLC. Bring check or cash to the first class.


If paying by PayPal you do not need to have a PayPal account in order for your payment to be processed. Simply add the program you would like by clicking the "Add to Cart" button. You may add multiple programs to your cart before checking out. Click "Check Out".  Enter your information and follow the instructions to complete the transaction.

PayPal accepts all major credit and debit cards.  Upon completing the on-line process PayPal will send you a confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation email, you did not register successfully and your payment was not processed.


If I need to cancel my enrollment, can I get a refund?

Full refunds will be given for cancellations occurring two weeks prior to the club start date. Cancellations less than two weeks prior to the club start date will be refunded, minus a $25 administrative fee. Cancellations occurring on the start date, or after the club has started, will not be refunded. 


If a club is cancelled due to low enrollment a full refund will be issued. 


Any cancellations for Saturday Experience, or Rowing Club less than two weeks prior to the club start date may not be refunded. 


When and where do clubs meet?

Clubs will meet at Memorial School, or Fieldstone Middle School, in either a specific classroom or the library. All club locations will be listed on the program summary page.

Clubs are scheduled from 3:20-4:20 or 4:30-5:30.

Saturday Experience Clubs will meet at the listed session times. 


How will my child get to the club?

Children may walk to their club when dismissed from school. Kindergarten students will be escorted to the club by a chaperone. Please send a note to your child's teacher to inform them what club your child is going to attend. 

All children who attend the Memorial after-school program should check in with them first, and then come to club. 

There will be an optional "Study Hall" period from 3:02-3:20 in the classroom where the club takes place. Your child can work on homework, read, or work on other projects during this time. 


Where do I pick up my child from the club?

Children must be picked up promptly after club in the Community Entrance at the back of the school. Parents who are picking up from these clubs need to park on Memorial Drive.  If someone other than the child's parent is picking them up, please send in a note to inform us. 

All children who attend the Memorial after-school program will be walked there after club.


Dismissal from clubs taking place at Fieldstone Middle School will be from the front door, on the library side of the school. 


Saturday Experience drop off and pick up will be at the Community Entrance at the back of Memorial School. 

 

What if there are weather related or other cancellations?

Clubs are not held if school is cancelled due to inclement weather. We will notify you via email if a class has been postponed, and when it will be rescheduled. If a club date cannot be rescheduled a refund for that session may not be refunded. 


What are the behavior expectations for Kids Club members?

For safety and enjoyment of all children in the clubs, appropriate behavior is required. 

Children will be advised of behavior expectations at the beginning of the club.
